Todays a day thats understood as a day. It has a new date, making it different from yesterday and tomorrow. What makes today different from yesterday and tomorrow for you? What makes today better or worse, indifferent or absurd? Does it have to do with our attitude? With our state of mind? With the interactions we have? The people we meet? The choices we make?
If our thoughts change at the speed of an eye's blink what does that say about our state of mind?
Its aruged that thoughts are just thoughts, nothing else, and its up to us to breath them out, let go of there grasp and concentrate on the present moment. In the moment. Be the moment. That this moment, right now is all we have, all we need, all that is.
The more thoughts we mule over, the more power we give to them and, if there not empowering, motivating, kind, passionate then what does that say about our state of mind?
Are we plenishing ourselves with thoughts that make us feel whole, better, satisfied, distinguished?
Today, my intention is to move from moment to moment in an awareness that allows me to think only of today, only of right now from a personal happiness, a soulful calmness and amongst safe boundaries.
